Brett Leibfried is a dedicated accounting professional whose career has grown alongside MBE. Raised in Baraboo, Wisconsin, Brett began his education in the local school system before completing his degrees in Accounting and Finance at the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater in 2015. He joined MBE as an intern in 2013, earned his CPA license in 2016, and advanced to Partner in 2021.
While Brett is well-versed in tax compliance, his true passion lies in uncovering creative tax planning opportunities that meaningfully impact both clients and colleagues. Working with MBE’s diverse client base has allowed him to develop strong foundational skills while also building experience in specialized planning areas. His approach emphasizes problem-solving, innovation, and developing strategies that help clients achieve clarity and long-term financial success.
